Most of Kyamuno's production runs through women-led cooperatives in and around Kathmandu. These circles set their own hours, train new members, and are paid per finished piece at rates we review every season. Supporting them directly — instead of routing through a large contract factory — is central to how Kyamuno defines "ethical."
