A walk through the small workshop where every Kyamuno piece is cut and sewn.

Our workshop sits in a quiet lane in Kathmandu, where a dozen makers cut, sew, and finish every Kyamuno piece by hand. There are no assembly lines here — each garment moves through a small number of hands, and each maker signs off on the piece they finish. It is slower than a factory floor, but it is how we keep quality and accountability in the same room.
