The Story of Nepali Pashmina
Pashmina begins high in the Himalayas, combed each spring from the undercoats of mountain goats bred for cold. The fiber travels down to Kathmandu, where spinners and weavers — many working from home workshops passed through generations — turn it into cloth. It is one of the oldest textile trades in Nepal, and one we are proud to keep alive in a modern collection.
