By accessing and using the KYAMUNO website (kyamuno.example) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including materials, dimensions, colors, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is error-free, complete, or current. Slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Each piece is unique, and these variations are part of what makes our products special.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We accept payment via bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, and cash on delivery (COD) for domestic orders. International orders require advance payment via bank transfer or digital wallet. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it simply acknowledges that we have received your order.

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. For made-to-order items, production begins upon order confirmation and typically takes 2–4 weeks. Delivery times vary by location: Kathmandu Valley 1–2 days, domestic Nepal 2–5 days, international 7–14 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically across all 77 districts of Nepal and internationally to over 40 countries. Domestic orders are shipped via local courier partners with cash-on-delivery available. International orders are shipped via tracked airmail services.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kyamuno.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Domestic returns: We provide a prepaid return label. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• International returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refund is processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Made-to-order and custom products are non-refundable unless defective.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of KYAMUNO and is protected by Nepalese and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Product names, logos, and brand identifiers are trademarks of KYAMUNO. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYAMUNO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or computer damage.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lalitpur, Nepal.
