Raw hemp arrives at our partner workshop as rough, undyed cloth. From there it is washed, cut by hand from paper patterns, and stitched on machines that are decades old but well maintained. A finisher checks every seam before a piece is approved for sale. The whole process, for one jacket, takes close to a full day of hands-on work.
